At FIELDWORK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
